PART 1:  ESSAY DUE BY 11:59 PM FRIDAY (100 POINTS)

1.  Read this Statistical Overview of the U.S. public educational system.

3.  Write a 750-word (three-page) essay about the "Statistical Overview"; agree or disagree with what the writer seems to imply (hint at) or directly state regarding the statistics and other information she presents to you in the "Overview."
