Description
As the new department manager, (PeopleTec) https://www.peopletec.com/ you have been tasked by the company to create a plan
aimed at improving the Enterprise Architecture (EA) from a security standpoint.
Your plan, at a minimum, must include sections that address in 1000 words the
following:
- Analysis of the current
designs for vulnerabilities, detection, and mitigation
- A skills matrix describing what
skills (internal and external/vendor/contract) that are needed to create
and implement your critical risk management plan
- Outlined changes to the
currently deployed enterprise architecture and the use of cloud solutions
or your rationale for not using a cloud solution
- Provide a risk/reward matrix
establishing/supporting your recommendations to minimize the
vulnerabilities and risk
Use a minimum of four
references. Make sure to reference academic or NIST official
publications (most current year available via the Internet) or other relevant
sources published within the last 5 years.
