Implementation
During the implementation phase the actual product would be constructed. For this course, describe the set of tasks that would be needed to create the product. The product may require encoding, graphic design materials, and hardware. In this phase, the project becomes “live” and is ready to be deployed and installed. This “doing” phase executes the standards, methods, and tools to deploy the product. The users may need to be trained depending on the complexity of the system. Be sure that you describe cost estimations. Also explain how the software would need to be managed.
Testing
After implementing the project, it must be tested for functionality. Explain how the testing would be completed and in later stages of the course you will actually conduct some testing. What metrics will be used? The testing function analyzes the whole integrated systems. It ensures that the customer will be satisfied and that all the components of the system work as intended in accordance with the original design. Real users, or a team of specialized personnel, or even an automated system can be used to compare actual outcomes to the predicted and desired outcomes. Describe how this product will need to be managed.
