Identify system boundaries, events, and elementary business processes.
Abstract the boundaries, events, processes, and data into logical models using Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Use Case Descriptions, and Class Diagrams.
Present the findings of analysis through a well-written document.
Present an overview of your findings to the class, as if to the client, in a professional PowerPoint presentation.
Create a requirements document as the deliverable of the systems analysis phase to include all models created by the group.
NOTE: You only need to complete one (1) activity diagram and one (1) fully developed use case description for one (1) of the use cases that you discover for your written deliverable to meet the basic requirements. You do not need to develop a flow chart of the entire client site. Remember to have a reference page at the end with all references used in the document (you should have several).
