PYTHON using IDLE 3.7 version
1) The list must be changed to a dict
2) Mistakes with my python code: Your program should check if the entry already exists in the list, if it does, print that and then prompt the user if they want to replace that with another entry. Your program adds an entry without checking if it exists for that year. Option 1 and 2 must also allow the same validation as above.
