Since this essay is a reflective. These are information about me and points that i would like to be included in the essay.
( im a teacher who works with teens in a secondary school. my part time classes are at night from 7pm to 10pm on wed and fridays.)
(1) im stressed with assignment that needs to be completed and handed in during a stipulated date and time.
(2)im stressed with meeting datelines at work as it is nearing exam period for the students which means all of us teachers ar busy preparing them for their exams and setting the exam paper
(3) im stressed because i would like to spend more time with my parents but i cant and im mostly using the laptop to complete assignments and do work when im home
Because of all these i realise that i have headache often, i cant sleep well and i will eat a lot and gain weight

1)I do my best to sit down and just meditate
2)i seek social support by talking to my friends (releasing out some stress by complaining about my problems)
3)i push things of to the last minute by distancing myself from what makes me stressed out
( please critically analyse the pros and cons of these methods and maybe suggest what i should continue doing and what else i can do to better cope with the stress)
