The main goal or objective in the policing is to use the parameters of the organizational theory for the study of agencies and cases. The basic suspicion is that a police power and the group it serves must reach an accord on the qualities that guide that police power. To fulfill this, a police official must be commonplace not just with his or her own police society, yet with the group society also, which is no simple assignment in neighborhoods encountering real demographic changes.
