Assignment: Communications Plan Portfolio: Internal and External Stakeholder Analysis:
Earlier in the course, you chose an organization(SEE BELOW) and some type of organizational change(SEE BELOW). You then identified various objectives of the proposed change. This week, you will identify the relevant internal and external stakeholders for the organization, the best method for communicating with them, and any challenges in communicating with these stakeholders.
In 1,000-1,250, words do the following:
Identify all of the people within and outside of the organization that will be affected by the organizational change.
Explain how this organizational change will affect all of the different stakeholders. If the change will affect various stakeholders in different ways, make sure to explain how it will.
Determine the best method for communicating with these various stakeholders (e.g., e-mail, face-to-face, department meeting, flyer). Explain why you would choose this particular method of communication.
Identify any potential challenges of communicating to the various stakeholders (e.g., People may not check their email) and how you will overcome those challenges.
Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center. An Abstract is not required.

Organizational Change submitted: My plan would entail making changes to adjust their policy of the type and incorrect information placed on the platform. A plan to create more transparency in knowing how, what, and who information is put out. To implement more of a fact checking policy so that the information received and transmitted is done appropriately. The social media network impact has widened the sources of knowledge and thus the creation of our narratives. We sometimes see statements on social media platforms and just go along with them without providing evidence. details, and a source for those claims. I like the idea of an instant fact checking as one start composing their information before its posted. One thing I think of is spell check or grammar checker. Those things are highlighted to so errors immediately.
