1)Depending on your industry, each of you will have different policies. Please write one

document with section headings showing which department you are writing about. (This will be

as many pages as necessary) 

Some common departments; Financial reporting to shareholders and stakeholders & International

operations

Ethics policies for operations depending on your industry might include: Sales and Marketing,

Purchasing, and, Human Resources.

TIP: I policy is not a procedure manual. You should "google" a policy and review it prior to

writing your policies. 

Make it into a PowerPoint, Your Power Point can be submitted as a separate document.  (APA

format is not followed, but a Cover page with your name, etc. and a final slide with your

"References" are expected.)
