A summary of what your project will be on

My Project will be on our family-owned Convenience store. I want to increase our business sales by making sure that our customers are getting the best service that they want and the products they come to buy. My goal for 2020 is to Increase gross sales and gross profit then the previous year by focusing on customer service. I will talk with my family to see what changes they want our customers to see in our business. I will also talk with our employees to see what changes we can do to increase the business sales by providing customers the products they want and the best service. For getting the best result from this project, I will make my full efforts to successfully completing it with the involvement of all.

A timeline/timeframe of deadlines between the conceptualization stage to its inception (try to be specific here with specific deadlines or micro-goals you have to complete this project)

By February 9, on Sunday, I will have prepared a handout of the pre/post surveys. Also, I will set the deadlines for the project what I will need to be done before April.

Who or whom are involved (third parties, NGO, sponsors, volunteers, student help group, your company, city council, state representatives, etc.)

The people that will be involved in this project are my dad, who is the owner of the business. Employees will also be involved because they are their ones who deliver service to the costumers and know them better. Also, the Customers are the ones who receive the service or product, that’s why its important to know what they think about the service or product, I will have to involve the costumers who have a great understanding of our business.

Cost, resources, donations information (how will you collect funding if needed, who will sponsor, and will they provide supplies?)

There will be no such costs in this project because I will be give training to the employees on how we can achieve our customer’s goals of their satisfaction. If, at some point, the need for funds arises for any work in the project for that, I will get the fund from available resources of the business. I will collect the funds for the project by explaining the project details and its condition. This will help me in improving the productivity of our business and earning more profits.

How do you plan on measuring success? (Foot traffic, feedback from users, the amount of trash collected in respected # of volunteers).

I will conduct a pre/post survey with my family members to see what changes they think that we have to make in our business, and that is to be achieved for the satisfaction of our customers. I will also conduct a pre/post survey of employees to see if they need training for getting improvement in work or for customer satisfaction as well as also want to get that such training in their work will make any difference or not. I will also conduct a pre/post survey of customers to see if they want changes in our product or new products and if they are happy with the new products or changes in business or not.
