Description

1 STRATEGY REVIEW

 1.1 Model

Strategy formulation and execution are intertwined. Strategies are by design but must emerge overtime. Organizations need periodic strategy reviews to incorporate the execution feedbacks and environmental changes. A strategy review process is essentially a gap analysis and reflection process of performance results and targets. The gap could result from operationalization, execution, or emerging strategic issues.
