the 1st of September 2017 to 31st August 2018. You are required
- Define 5 key Boardroom level KPIs, explaining the rationale for
each and how the five work together to provide comprehensive
insight on the Google Merchandise Store.
- Develop a Boardroom dashboard using Tableau.
- Outline 5 key insights from the data collected on each KPI.
- Provide 5 recommendations for the Board of Directors of the
Google Merchandise Store, researching who these members of
the Board are likely to be. These could be replicable strategies
which have worked in the data period you are examining, or
new data backed strategies not currently implemented.
