Class Presentation, 100 points, Percentage of Grade = 10% Students will research and assess the sustainability of a hospitality or tourism business and present their findings in a report (Word) format and Power Point format to present to the class. (Note there are separate rubrics for each formats) Students are encouraged to include images, charts, graphs and other visual technique. Choose a business in one of the following categories, depending on your area of interest: Hotel or Hotel Chain Venue (Conference Center, Convention Center or Other) Restaurants or Caterer Agriculture or Food Business Airline Cruise Company Theme Park Attraction Tour Company Destination Management Organization Special Event, Conference or Meeting
