For each dimension calculate % change in Qty (Column K) between the first part and the second part of 2013 (hint - create an additional column that will create a field putting each purchase order in the relevant part of the year.  Use 6/1/2013 date as a delineation between the two parts of the year.)  Then do a pivot table.
