In the field of  women in leadership. 

My question here is to discuss four key points in relationship to the research on women and leadership. For example: discuss competence/traits/skills particularly noted in women leaders as they related to culture in leadership. 

The four key points are : 

Assertiveness 

Future Orientation: Future orientation emphasized that people in a culture prepare for the future as opposed to enjoying the present and being spontaneous. 

Task Orientated leadership 

Relationship Orientated leadership
