Final Paper Guidelines 

Objective

To prepare a scholarly report on one aspect of the Training industry.

Topic

 The Strategic Role of Trainers in the Organization

Expectations

 The paper will be between 3-4 pages in length

 It will include a bibliography with at least 3 references (in addition to the text).  The

bibliography page does NOT count as one of the 3-4 pages.

 Use APA format.

 It is grammatically correct and uses proper spelling.

Topic Approval (Assignment)

An assignment in week 1 is to submit an outline of what your paper will include.  This

assignment is worth 10 points toward your Term Paper grade.

Planning the Paper-(Suggested milestones)

Week 1- Submit outline.

Week 2- Project due March 17, 2017.
