An individual written essay of 2,500 words (+/- 10%), excluding cover page, table of contents, appendices (if any), and list of references
Topic: Select two competitor firms (one is a global firm, the other is a local firm)
⦁ Critically analyse the key changes in three dimensions of the business environment (e.g., political/technological/social/economical/legal) that have a major influence on these firms’ rivalry so far.
2) Discuss how the opportunities and/or threats from those environmental changes influence each firm’s competitive strategy.
Assignment Guideline
