Do good work and do work as per requirements. Training Presentation (40 points) : You will partner with 1 or 2 classmates to design and present a training program on any topic of your choice. The presentation should last approximately 15 to 20 minutes, and should include (at the very least): Learning objectives Training materials/job aids Evaluative questionnaire All components of the project should be typed. Your project will be graded for design, clarity of instruction, quality of presentation materials and/or handouts, transfer of learning potential, and “fun.”
