Resource Leveling

Level the resources and submit the Overallocated Resources Report. Using the Overallocated Resources and Resource Overview Reports as a starting point, level your resources so that you can submit an Overallocated Resource Report that shows no overallocated resources. Go to [RESOURCES>Level All] - see below.

Submit a copy of the Overallocated Resource Report as a .pdf document, along with a copy of your MS Project working .mpp file to the Dropbox using the proper filename convention.

Develop a RACI chart for the project according to the description on page 183 of the textbook.

Submit it to the Dropbox as an MS Word or MS Excel file
