Description

In this learning portfolio, I will be discussing what I have learned in this unit , Working in Professions over the past 9 weeks. This unit is all about developing skills, understandings and learning the personal attributes required for employability in the “real world” of business careers. There is a big focus is on the nature of the workplace and how an employee should behave in a wide range of industry environments. I will be exploring the concepts of structure analysis, exploration of employability attributes which allows people to gauge employer expectations and to reflect on career opportunities.
