Policy Issue Paper for the current GREEN REVOLUTION I need a six-page paper that illustrates appropriate methods for developing and evaluating public policy. Using the current “Green Revolution” as the policy topic, prepare a policy paper for submission to a think tank. Using the Elements of an Issue Paper and Methods for Creating Information Relevant to Each Element as an example the paper should contain: Section I (Background of the Problem)-Describes the client’s inquiry, the overview of the problem situation, describes prior efforts to solve the problem.
