Description

Try different processing schemes to best enhance/improve the images. Use mfiles or macros to keep track of your schemes. Decide on the best and present a m-file or macro for each image. (Record macros using (Plugins/Macros/Record), and then click "Create". When the recorder is open, each menu command you use generates a macro run() function call). Save as a txt file, and edit if you want. Use “//” to insert comments.

(Look at the txt files of the various built-in macros (accessible through Plugins/Macros/Install … look in ImageJ\macros to see list, and open chosen macro with WordPad).
