Reports exceeding this word limit may entail penalty and I may choose not to consider part of the report over and above the specified word count. This is a formal technical analysis report writing style should reflect that. The language used should be formal and use of third form, passive voice and past tense is preferred for the description of analysis. If you prefer using active voice for arguments and conclusions, then choice of verbs must be done carefully and judiciously to preserve the objective appeal of the report. All graphs and tables (including those generated from CES) must be included within main body of the report at appropriate position relevant to text and the legends and numbers should be readable at standard print resolution (A4 page size). All figures and tables must sequentially numbered and should be cited within the text and any reference material must be cited using a proper and consistent citation and referencing format with a complete reference list provided at the end of report.
