Use the site from Assignment 1 (with corrections as required)
Place your site on an 11x17 sheet, plotted at 1:100 (multiple sheets if required, taped together).
Include an appropriately formatted Zoning Table listing the lot area, building footprint area, permitted lot coverage, proposed lot coverage and all setbacks etc.
Plans
Using 1:100 plots of your lot plan and the redlined sketches that you
prepared for Assignment 1, prepare design sketches of your residence.
Show:
All levels of the house
All rooms labelled
Area Chart: room name & area (total NFA-Net Floor Area shows at the end)
All windows and doors.
Note special materials, level changes and design features.
All site improvements intended (e.g. sundecks, pools, gardens, fences, screens, driveways, walkways, play areas, etc.).
Include furniture, simple dimension strings
Simple title block.
Assume that interior walls are 125mm thick and exterior walls are 250mm thick.
Draw the ground floor plan and the site plan are on the same sketch.
Include design notes and sustainable applications.
