Pick a multi-category e-commerce company of your choice.

1) Pick a Category, Identify and mention the Up-sell and Cross-sell scenarios that can be created within that Category. Identify and mention Cross-sell scenarios, if any, that can be created across Categories.

2) Through Research and wise assumptions (mention them) arrive at the overall CAC for that e-commerce company. Please show your working. Write a short note on whether you think that the CAC found out is high, low, at par with the industry benchmarks. Give reasons for your suggestion.

3) Through Research and wise assumptions (mention them) identify the CLTV for the company considering a 3 year period. Please show your working. Write a short note on whether you think that the CLTV found out is high, low, at par with the industry benchmarks.

4) Based on the CAC and CLTV suggest whether you think that the company is doing well to sustain itself. Give reasons for your suggestions.

5) Based on the article mentioned below, please write a short note in your own words on why you think that Amazon is a benchmark in terms of having high Retention Rates.
