You will submit a MS Access file.
It will have two forms that reference the same data. The data will come from a table and contain 6
fields or more. You can use the table of
names that you created in a previous assignment.
Create a table – or use one you created. This table should have at least 6
fields. Each of these fields can be
text. Try to use proper naming
conventions, name the fields with the same 3 letters so that you know which
table the fields are from. For example –
if you call the table tblCustomer, then you might call the name field cstName.
Enter 2 or more records. Make one of the
fields postal code, and try to use a mask.
Create two forms that a user could open to look at the data table. The labels and the header should be in
different languages. You might pick
English and French, but I encourage you to pick any other language.
Optionally,
Create any validation rules for the fields.
From the top left icon ( the office button), choose the
MANAGE option, then COMPACT AND REPAIR.
This will compact the database into the smallest size. Then submit the database.
