The paper needs to examine the self-determination theory (Which is a theory of human motivation that focuses on both extrinsic and intrinsic motivation). part of intrinsic motivation is learning to growing in one's job, leading to a feeling of competence or mastery. Also the paper must examine job characteristic model, which gives idea for redesigning jobs to make them more motivating.
