• • Refer to two figures in Chapter 17, "Organizational Readiness (OR) for Transformation Model" and "Situational Leadership for Transformation Model (SLT)".

  Apply the OR model to your company and assess where the company is. Refer to the SLT model and identify necessary leadership qualities based upon your organizations readiness. Next, share a challenge within your organization. Create an objective to address that challenge. Craft a ten-page paper, identifying five actions to achieve this objective.

  Complete papers will include the following sections: introduction, assessment of your organization's readiness, identification and explanation of necessary leadership, introduction of a corporate challenge, suggested objective(s), discussion of necessary leadership qualities to address that challenge and finally identification and explanation of five action items to begin transformation!

  Based in the paper I need to submit an outline and annotated bibliography of it

   

  ·  What is an outline? Give your introduction, conclusion, and main supporting concepts. Define theories, prepare basic arguments, and establish a general framework for your final paper. The more effort you put into your outline, the more it will help you when you write your final paper. 

  ·  What is an annotated bibliography? Cite each source you'll use, along with a brief paragraph summarizing that source and a description of why that source is relevant to your paper. 

  ·  Remember: You must use academic sources.

The deadline for the outline and annotated bibliograpy is by wednesday December 02 2020 by 7pm.
