Entrepreneurship is everywhere we look. Starbucks started as a small entrepreneurial company that blossomed into a cultural icon which redefined how and where we have to drink our coffee. Based on the article we read in class, you see how important corporate culture was to establish their market dominance. Please give us an example of a company who is an entrepreneurial success story and what you think was the key to their success. Hiring the right people is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to HR's duties. Please share a progressive article about some innovative Human Resource practice (like the one we read in class about Southwest Airlines.)
