Under what conditions would a project manager not allow changes to a baseline? Part 2: Quality What are at least 2 (there are many more) reasons it is better to design quality into a process than to find problems upon inspection? Share an example of this not being true in the world today. You will need to do a search via Google/Bing, etc. to find examples of quality gone awry in the many organizations, big and small, across the world.
