INSTRUCTION: Identify ONE (1) organization in TCI; small OR large and investigate on the
different types of leadership styles and power. You are therefore required, to develop a data
collection instrument (questionnaire or interview questions) to answer the following questions:
A. Discuss THREE (3) bases of power found in the chosen organization and how has these
power/s influence the organization’s behaviour.
B. Explain how leadership is used in the organization chosen for organizational
effectiveness.
C. Select any of the following and explain how the selected emerging trend would benefit
the selected organization’s leadership development: Global leadership, talent retention
and workforce diversity.
