This assignment is aimed to test students on their knowledge and understanding of an agreement that may or may not become a legally binding contract unless all other elements of contracts are satisfied. Students are expected to explore the law of contract beginning with what an offer and acceptance is; how an agreement is concluded; whether such an agreement is a binding contract or otherwise; etc. Students are then expected to argue their view starting from thereon to reach a meaningful conclusion, particularly paying attention to the element of consent as to whether the concerned parties have indeed entered into a legally binding contract.
