With the assessment process almost over, you feel like it is time to inform, John and Michael, of common problems associated with supply chain management. With that in mind, prepare a presentation for John and Michael, explaining some the common symptoms/problems of supply chain management. In the presentation, select two (2) of the symptoms/problems and identify the possible causes of those symptoms/problems and what countermeasures might be. 

For this assignment, you must submit an 8-10 slide PowerPoint presentation (not including title and reference slides) with 50-100 word speaker notes in which you explain the common symptoms/problems associated with supply chain management. For full-credit, you must address the following in your presentation:

• From the two symptoms/problems you identified in your discussion board, provide at least 2 examples of companies that have used or been affected by problems associate with supply chain management.
• Provide at least 3 recommendations, to John and Michael, describing ways to limit supply chain management problems/symptoms.
